Our Story
Can one business that started with a single laptop and a makeshift office in a local coffee shop go on to help countless businesses create their own success stories?
Powered by umpteen cups of strong black coffee and limitless passion, Jillian’s Circus is a resounding “yes” in answer to that question. Since 2013, the agency founded by Jillian Weston has grown into a team of marketing managers, customer service professionals and web design experts. It has been named Best Social Media Agency on Long Island twice.

Jillian’s team is made up of local pros who are invested in the community and in the long-term success of every client–both professionally and personally.
This strong community connection is reflected in Jillian’s ties to and leadership roles in numerous organizations. In 2016, Jillian was honored by Long Island Business News as one of the top 30 Under 30 Entrepreneurs on Long Island. Jillian serves as a board member of the Rockville Centre Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce and is on the steering committee of the Nassau County Comptroller’s Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise program. She also founded The Unicorn Network, a 400+ member organization for millennial entrepreneurs. Jillian serves as president and CEO. Under her direction, The Unicorn Network has raised thousands of dollars for local charities.
Jillian's Message
I’m Jillian Weston, founder and ringmaster of Jillian’s Circus.
My life has always been a circus–in the best possible way. Sixteen things going on at once, clowns all around me, elephants galore, and glitter always raining down. And like the best of the Big Tops, I always jump through hoops for my clients.
I’m all about customer service. With a management degree and roots in the hospitality industry, I pivoted into online marketing when I saw its potential to make meaningful connections: businesses to customers, customers to experiences, people to careers. Some see marketing as an information dump or a place to boast about their brand. I see it as a platform to interact with customers, vendors and community members on a much deeper level. Think of the neighborhood butcher or the local shopkeeper. I want people to have that same sense of trust and loyalty when they see our clients’ names and logos online.
