F.A.Q.

1. How much does online marketing cost?

Monthly retainers vary depending on the size of your business, the services required, the level of content needed and the frequency of posts. Our marketing campaigns are customized to your goals and to your budget. Schedule a meeting today to discuss your individual needs.

2. How many hours do you spend on each client a week?

Marketing managers spend anywhere between 3 and 40 hours per week on your account depending on the scope of your plan and size of your budget. The number of hours can be adjusted for special events, promotions or sales campaigns.

3. What social media platforms are right for my business?

That depends on where your customers spend their time. Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchap and Pinterest appeal to different demographics. Most businesses don’t need to be on all of them. We’ll prioritize and focus on the ones that matter most for you.

4. How quickly should I expect to see results?

Industry statistics report that social media starts to pay off in about 6 months, which mirrors our own experience. View our case studies for examples.

5. Can my business see results faster?

Yes. Expanding your marketing plan by strategically adding more elements to your mix such as online advertising, SEO, video, and email marketing can help you reach your goals faster.

6. Will you come up with content to post or do I have to supply it?

It’s up to you. Some clients supply content, others prefer to have us create it for them for an additional fee. If that’s the case, we will work closely with you to create compelling content that will expand your reach and engage your followers.

7. I’ll provide the content. How far in advance do you need it?

For all content, including copy, images, and video we prefer to receive it a week in advance. If you have a special event coming up or an email blast scheduled we ask for it one month in advance.

8. How often do you post?

It depends on the platform, the messaging, your goals, and your company. An emerging business requires a greater social media push than an established brand. Your marketing manager will advise you on the optimal schedule for audience-building, engagement and shares.

9. How can I track my progress?

You’ll receive frequent reports detailing all the activity on your accounts including new connections, messages, engagements, and leads.
